Terms of Service Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Reschematic. By accessing or using the Reschematic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Reschematic ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Subscription Details

2.1 Subscription Period

Your subscription to Reschematic is valid for the subscription period specified in your selected plan from the date of purchase.

You will receive access to the features outlined in your selected subscription plan.

3. Purpose

The intended purpose of the Reschematic platform is to provide you with a tool that will accellerate your early project evaluation and scenario planning. The platform is intended for rapid, high-level evaluation of projects during early scoping stages only. For more information, see Limitations and Disclaimers below.

4. Subscription Fees

Use of the Reschematic platform requires payment of the subscription fee for your selected plan. Please be advised that fee structures may change upon renewal of your subscription period.

5. Service Level Expectations

You acknowledge and agree that:

Bugs and technical issues may occur during the development phase
The platform's functionality, user interface, and user experience are subject to changes
Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice
Project data may be subject to loss or corruption due to the developmental nature of the platform
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may impact platform availability

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

To ensure proper use of the Reschematic platform, you agree to the following:

You will not perform automated mass-generation of models or scenarios
You will not resell or share your account access with third parties
You will not input sensitive, confidential, or regulated data (including Personally Identifiable Information, Protected Health Information, or payment information)
You will not submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content in any inputs, including AI prompts
You will not use the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Reschematic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these restrictions or demonstrate usage patterns indicative of abuse. You are solely responsible for all content submitted to and generated by the platform using your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that:

Your use of the platform, including any feedback, suggestions, or contributions you provide, does not grant you ownership of, or rights to, the Reschematic platform in any form
All intellectual property rights in the Reschematic platform, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary information, remain the sole and exclusive property of Reschematic
Any feedback, suggestions, or contributions provided by you may be used by Reschematic for any purpose, including but not limited to product development and improvement, without any obligation to compensate or credit you
The licenses granted under this Agreement are for platform usage only and do not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

8.1 Platform Limitations

Like all AI platforms, outputs may contain errors. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for the validation, interpretation and use of all platform outputs
Reschematic takes no liability for decisions made based on outputs from the platform
Outputs from Reschematic do not constitute investment advice
It is your responsibility to validate models and ensure their accuracy for your specific use cases
Reschematic makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any platform outputs

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Reschematic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by issuing a cancellation notice to hello@reschematic.com. For monthly subscriptions, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months minus any applicable early termination fees as permitted by law. We will process refunds within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By completing the checkout process and purchasing a subscription, you agree to and accept all terms outlined in this document. Your use of the Reschematic platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.
